after the tracking signaled theft or loss and after about 2 months have passed since the shipment, today the courier delivered me the coin ....
Here are First pics

Received the coin today and how @vampicker said ..... dot in hand looks different or rather it doesn't exist
Scans are probably more deceptive than photos
However coin in hand looks very nice and shiny ..... maybe PL

The dot above the T looks raised based on the light direction. As far as the grade, maybe 63 SPL. The obverse may be PL but the reverse may just miss.
