OT - Amazon AWS Layoffs
Could this impact the VAMWorld website in the near future? I would hate to see another platform migration.

Re: help with 1889 P double clash please
Not sure I would call that LE , The REB 1 appears past the edge of the denticle to my very untrained eye. I would call it RH3 LH5 on both of your 1889-P V40 A2 samples . Please correct me if I am wrong . I still have to look at the list  This is what I'm going off of. You're probably right wi...

Re: help with 1889 P double clash please
I thought it was a normal date, what say ye lol Date pic of my 40A2. Old school, this date is considered Normal Right. With DPIS, which in IMHO is a more accurate way to gauge position, I would call it RE3/B45LE. If I'm wrong, please correct me as I'm new to the DPIS way of thinking. aw_082420a.jpg...

Re: 1898 VAM?
Thanks for responding andywoj00. VAM 2D appears correct. The images you supplied were impressive and convincing. Those on the web page were not. Many thanks once again. Below find an image of the only clashing on the new VAM 2D of the collection. I have an 1898 VAM 8 obverse coming up soon with a r...

Re: Printed 2022 VAM Supplement
I would like to see the supps continue.
I don't recall seeing the 20-21 being available, but I need that one as well. Is it available?

Re: 1884-CC VAM 5...A?
I'm most interested in seeing the clash line above the eagle's right wing - where does it go... to the I... to the n ... inbetween the n and the G... or quite possibly to the G (as it appears in your picture of the date that also shows the neckline and clash there). This information will be needed ...

Re: 1900-P VAM-1
Andy in my opinion, this is another example of the v4 die class Mitch At this point, I would have to agree. The date position on this post coin better matches the plate photo position than my coin that is currently listed at the page. My coin's date at the V4 page is definitely more left, whereas, ...

Re: 1900-P VAM-1
See the pics. So how would you categorize this coin? Sorry, it is not in hand as I'm trying to decide if I want to bid on it. Wish it was possible to see if it's an alligator eye or not.

1900-P VAM-1
Hello All, In the hive's opinion, for the subject VAM, could it be a DPIS C3 (Normal Center) date and be slanted as well? There are no pics to reference. There are no Normal Center slanted date 1900P VAM's that I can find. All slanted are everything but C3. The only other VAM that is Normal Center d...

Re: 1886VAM?
Hard to tell in the pics....Maybe V27 or V27A? Being a Normal Right date with that diagonal polish line in the I of Liberty points towards the V27. However..... V27 was delisted saying it was the same as V29. V29 is a Normal Left Date. V27A was delisted as a dupe of V19, which is a Normal Right date.

Re: 1882-P VAM 4, for the page
Andy is THE MAN! DITTO .... may I ask a stupid question why does that plate picture say "4 O " etc??? is it reference for a number 4 O out of the old book? O for obverse. When I got into VAMs, I ordered the Comprehensive Catalog and Encyclopedia of Morgan and Peace Dollars, 4th edition. T...
