Any word from LVA if there will be any supplements produced for 2020? I know last year was rough on everyone....just curious.

Re: "2021" Morgan and Peace dollar imitations from Mint
Everything I'm seeing on these at the US MINT order page says "175,000 product limit, household order limit of 10". Most will be lucky getting 1 of any of them. I'm sure site will crash.

1896-P VAM-6 / 6B
I'm having a hard time differentiating three coins I have as to whether they are a 96P [VAM-6] or [VAM-6B] . The LFCP's on the V6 page look to be the same as the LFCPs on the V6B page. Additionally, I can see no field displacement in the plate photos at the V6B page. I have two coins that match the ...

Re: New take on 1889 VAM 23A
@messydesk Why are the 89P V7 and V23 series VAM page listing not lining up with the September 2020 LVA letter and plate photos? Am I missing something?

1921-P experts....Please verify if it's a 3C1
Please follow the link for pics to subject coin...no LFCP's yet. Just want to be sure if I VAM'd it right. I couldn't find a crack diagram for this VAM. Also, I don't see any pitting at the U of UNITED, but all the other markers are there. There is a little bit of pitting at the D of DOLLAR that's n...

Re: "House approves 2021 Morgan and Peace dollars"
I suspect these will be treated as a limited or special run. The mint does something similar periodically with ASEs, the mint order system crashes, then the product is no longer available. I've had this happen numerous times with the US Mint, even when I have enrollment set up for said coins. Then l...

Re: Guess what I found in the $30.00 box of Morgan's
If it lends to this thread, here are links to my 1889-P V23B and V23D. Gonna reshoot the LFCP's later on. I may have a V23C, but I cannot capture that transfer as shown at the plate photo. However, the coin shows a double clash line at the jawline and a single clash line a bit below it. Can I assume...

Re: some pages need help....
For the new listings, what does the "tentative" label mean in the supplement? I ask since the descriptive info at the pages does not match what's in the supp. Is there more info to come on these? I don't see that Omega symbol, Ω, for the new listings in LVA's key at the front of the supp. Thanks. Andy

nice coin-interesting--what set up do you use to get these great photos--thank you Thanks to all for the compliments on the pic. LOTS of great pics by other members on this board at the Vamworld wiki. I have a Canon DSLR with a 100mm macro lens set up on a modified Bausch and Lomb stereo microscope...

Re: 1921-P VAM-32A Rectangles at Base of Denticular Clefts?
This would likely be in the working die when someone did repair or touch-up work. Denticles are part of the design and thus part of the hub. The subjects are discussed in From Mine to Mint , but I don't think this specific detail is mentioned. (I will put that on the list for FMTM-2.) May I use you...
