What I notice right away is the haloing around the stars and other devices. The luster is uneven, which is probably why they called it cleaned.

The toning got my eye as well. It looks like it was a crackout from an old NGC holder. It just has that look.

Well I received my refund and left negative feedback. It does not show on the sellers feedback and it is not even on my left for others feedback. Here is a better edge shot that shows the notched/stair step look. This edge runs all the way around the coin with even margins.
