It is a problem, then one has to set aside those coins, check back etc. I feel your frustration. You might try to email your requests; to Jon Coxe, or Brent Fogelberg. (There may be other Board Members?) They are volunteers so it may take time to respond, and I'm not sure they can resolve every issu...
