Well did some more looking and it looks like state where I’ve had recent purchases sent (different from legal residence) DOES add 8%. Shame on me. Oh well. No more purchases sent there…

So WHO reaps the reward of the extra $$ paid?? Especially when neither state requires, does the seller get a hidden profit?

V96 is still missing from the big P,Cc,S 1878 1st year basic super set. I added my specimen back to my 78-S set.

Agree with the review; a couple appear in the registry; a plea to post photos and for a review to see if attributions are indeed correct.
