Struck thru grease. Spectacular specimens can command substantial premiums, I would say this is a pretty minor specimen. Pretty common.

There are only a few Peace Dollar VAMS that consistently carry a high premium.

I can think of at least a hundred or so. For instance pretty much any significant (chunky, eye visible) die break, not to mention many of the list coins.

It doesn't appear to be rotated. A coin in a holder with a tilt to the right of the obverse will result in a tilt to the left of the reverse when flipped top to bottom? Just a well worn coin, been through a lot of use.
