I got caught up in the font ... If I said this looked like a closed 9 it is because under that dirt or patina , there might be a bump on the bottom of the loop , (not sure } it is visible on a couple of the other vam pictures going through the big list ... I dont know if you are just suppose to call...

what about the stars?any doubling? any other die markers ? I would probably dismiss the crack in the date for a minute and find something else to use to nail it down better

Those updates are brutal .waiting , waiting , waiting .. My buddy sent a PCGS panda to ngc, it did not cross . The updates were just a little different but same thing , waiting , waiting , waiting . and I know even less about Pandas
