Figuring out which one you have is something you still need to do. Start looking for scribbles and die cracks -- after checking to see if it's an infrequent ...

Like JB said, the scratches are caused by a drawbench or roller mill and not an intentional adjustment to planchet weight, so I guess dirty or worn equipment so roller marks or Planchet Roller Marks. So these are a mint error and Im going to guess not a good one.
