I just listed an NGC 2.1 gen Slab Morgan dollar. While they call this holder a Gen 2.1 they are really a Gen 1.5 and had a production time of only about 1 week. They are far rarer than the Gen 2.0 and are close to a Gen 1.0 in survivability.
