Have never owned one - tough coin for sure. Not being on any "list" I hesitate putting a monster value on it. Value is in the eye of the beer holder on the one that sold. Jim

Congrats Dennis - Did Heritage cut you some slack (%) for the large number of coins you sent to the auction?

Picked up a couple but was stuck in traffic for the 8tf coins I wanted.

I might be doing something wrong but the cert number for 88-o is not showing in their system.

I was in there at the at a couple grand less. I was already higher than my max. Glad to see strong prices. On to the next auction.

I'm sure it's a collection belonging to a valued member and I do hope for the best with the sale !!!

There should be an email set up where you take a picture of the label and submit it to them. Just my thoughts. I keep finding them in drawers at my desk and I know I would be more likely to send them right away if it was an email to somewhere. Some are pretty tough ones that I should really get take...

I've bought several over the years. Here are two coins I put into these holders 8-10 years ago. They have always been stored in the same location but clearly the older American Savings holder adds more to the one. Maybe they will be killer toners one day.

Maybe I've been hiding under a rock, but I recently sent a few crossovers to PCGS. They graded and everything is fine. They also sent back the other TPG labels. I thought in years past that they sent them to the other TPG's so the populations would be accurate. Do they still report them to the other...

Recent Trueviews are decent but the quality is certainly lacking. Worth the $5, sure if you are doing your whole set. Not the quality we have come to expect out of others. jim
