Vam-mysterio, Vam-82 is the closest I've seen. I think it's LDS since the die crack is longer on the reverse. I also found 2 more die chips (total of 3) and more doubling on the leafs and Cotton Balls that I didn't see before. Is this a good vam? In the book it is a R-4 in 1991. Thank for your help....
