I'm guessing this has more to do with Canadian import regulations that eBay or USPS policy. eBay still allows international shipping to most countries.... but I am guessing Canada changed regulations which make if very difficult for eBay and the USPS.

First look at this coin suggests VAM118 but upon closer examination I am not certain. Note that this coin has a dramatically doubled 2nd right star, has reverse die lines and does not have the die marker expected in the Cap. I have the discovery piece (Discoverd in 2012) and the letter from LVA for VAM 3FS which no longer appears on VAMWorld but the exact coin is now listed as VAM 3ED (discoverd 2017).
