This is terrible news. I too have ended my on-line coin purchases for the very same reason. Too many sticky fingers in the USPS system.

I had one do the same thing except it was scanned as delivered on the same day it landed in a similar zip code 50 miles away. It did deliver about a week later, Lots of bitten nails on the floor.....

but as you well understand it destroys all uniformity of coinage

What Kenny said Kaleb, welcome to the crazy train. Those crown sized US coins will never look the same after entering this site.. VAMming is the perfect reason (excuse) to hoard Morgan and yes even Peace Dollars.
