If you're referring to 1902-O VAM 45, I'm inclined to leave that alone for the foreseeable future.

Is the flip soft and pliable? If so it could be a PVC flip with a plasticizer added that will cause PVC damage.

Are these all the images for your attribution labels or just some?

The radial die crack near the first right star makes it a 38B. The 38A without this crack is not nearly as common.

I'm baffled that this seller even has positive feedback and shame on ebay for allowing this fraudulent activity. Definitely leave negative feedback and watch for it to disappear.

Were the dies hardened in Philly prior to shipment to the branch mints? I thought I read somewhere that they were shipped soft to thwart the possibility of use if stolen.

The dot above the T looks raised based on the light direction. As far as the grade, maybe 63 SPL. The obverse may be PL but the reverse may just miss. Always a challenge grading flat bed scanner images..
