Made the SSDC Registry changes. All 1924 VAM-1K2 were moved to VAM-1K3. VAM-1K2 deleted and removed from the 1924 Peace set. There were no 1922 VAM-60 registrations. VAM-60 was removed. It was never added to the 1922 Peace set'; so no action there required.
