You are correct, the 1878-S Vam 60 was the first strike of the B-1 Rev in the afternoon of April 17th 1878. The first 10 were handed out the the dignitaries in the audience. There were No Shared Rev with The 1878 -S Vam 60 The reverse only lasted for 1000 copies. Vam 96 disappeared from the 1878 s SSDC set but has now magically now reappeared in SSDC. What happened to it? Any explanation? For S&G’s here is a 1921-S Vam 29C LDS. The I clash and swirls have been polished away. The Rev crack extends into the M of AMERICA. So, no I clash so not worthy for the WOW book. This is LVA attributed 21-S Vam 29A. There is an I clash and crack goes to bottom O in OF. There is no polished swirl. This is also a WOW Vam and should be in the Book.
