This is part 1 of 3 part letter from LVA dated 3/24/21 regarding 1921-S Vam 1N1 Goatee Chin and Vam 1CE 1 and now new 1CE 2. LVA letter didn’t tie 21-S 1CE to 21-s Vam 29 but more on that later.
