This reminds me of a time back 7 to 8 years ago when PCGS and NGC were in a contest to see how many 1902-Os they could slab in MS 66 that were clearly 64 or 65.

Since Dennis does this type of post because the result is unexpected, I am going with 62. I would go 58, but that seems out of the realm even for NGC.
