VAMWorld 2.0

When I first looked at the above photos, I had no idea what VAM this is.
I am still not sure but I think it may be the b2af the reverse of V-48, 84 and 91.

I tried three different ways to contact M Barr Coins but have gotten back no response.
What I wanted ask them was if this 78-S had the mark across the face on the coin or on the holder.

I would like to upgrade my MS61 78-S VAM-89 to a MS64 V-89. The VAMWorld census indicates there are 10 in MS64. 78S V66 are hard to find — in AU is makes it better.

Don't look through the engraved wing areas lists.
This looks like a not engraved wing area.

The VAm-110 is one of the 78-s vAms I do not have.

The confusion about no pitting around the mintmark might be that the photo in the VAMWorld V-8 listing has a photo of the V-8A that has the pitting. So, anyone who looks at the V-8 listing sees an O/CC with pitting.
The Full Coin photo at the bottom of the listing is a VAM-8 with no pitting.

Isn't the VAM-8 the one that has no die pitting around the mintmark?
The V-8A has the die pitting.
The V-8B has the die pitting with obverse and reverse die clashing.
The V-8C has the die pitting with obverse clashing, reverse die polishing but no reverse die clashing.

I should have checked my notes because there is some interesting info about the V-112.
Back in November of last year Clay Christiansen said that he believes the V-112m and V-88 have the same obverse.
Maybe Clay will notice this topic and give his opinion.

I looked at wrong line -- tbconcrete has a MS 62 V-112.

Need to have tbconcrete check out his MS61 V-110.

Looks like a VAM-112 to me.
